Customers at Hanes can choose from several payment options when placing orders. We guarantee that every transaction is 100% secure. All transactions involving personal or payment data are processed in a secure environment. Hanes uses servers equipped with standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, ensuring that all data transmitted to us is encrypted across the network.
Below is an overview of the complete order process and details for each payment method:
Credit/Debit Card
We proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. To pay by card, simply add your items to the shopping cart, select “Credit/Debit Card” at checkout, and click “Place Order”. If you don’t have an account, you can use Guest Checkout and choose to create an account afterward. Existing account holders will be prompted to log in before completing checkout.
You’ll need to provide basic details like your name, phone number, email, and shipping address. Nearly all credit/debit card orders are manually approved, a process usually completed within 24 business hours. Once payment is processed, we prepare your package for shipping and send an email notification with shipment details. You can then track your shipment’s progress anytime in the My Account area of our website.
Your card will not be charged until your order is ready for shipping (typically within 24 to 48 hours). For cancelled or sold-out orders, your card will not be charged at all.
Every order goes through a standard ‘Pre-Authorization’, which is not an actual charge but a temporary verification of funds. This pre-authorization is automatically released by your bank once the transaction is finalized.
PayPal
PayPal is a secure and widely used payment service trusted by millions worldwide. To use PayPal, choose it as your payment method at checkout. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to log in and confirm your payment. Once confirmed, you’ll return to our site to complete your order.
PayPal provides buyer protection and keeps your financial details confidential. Payment is processed immediately so we can start preparing your shipment. We will send an email once your order ships, and you can track it anytime in the My Account section.
Stripe
We also accept payments through Stripe, a secure payment gateway supporting major credit and debit cards. To pay via Stripe, select it during checkout and securely enter your card details through Stripe’s encrypted platform. Payment is processed right away, allowing us to prepare your order for shipment.
Stripe keeps your payment information safe, and you’ll receive a shipping notification by email once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track your shipment through the My Account area of our site.
Order Process
1. Add products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Choose your preferred payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Stripe).
3. Enter your shipping and billing details.
4. Review your order and click “Place Order”.
5. Receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
6. Once payment is processed and approved, we prepare your order for shipping.
7. Receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.
8. Track your shipment in the My Account area until it arrives at your door.
